We recognize the trust and confidence you place in us when it comes to providing leading edge wireless voice – video – data solutions. That’s why I want to share an update on the actions we are taking at BearCom to keep you and our employees – safe amidst the COVID-19 outbreak. Protecting the health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. With this in mind, we are closely monitoring the situation with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) https://www.cdc.gov/ and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure customer and employee safety, guidance and support.

We are giving our employees the facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe, such as frequent handwashing. We are disinfecting our facilities and sanitizing all equipment as appropriate. And as always, we are encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness
seriously and seek medical attention as needed.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, you may have wondered, “Is that radio, accessory or package safe to handle?” At BearCom we have enhanced our standard operating procedures of sanitizing radios & accessories in conjunction with the World Health Organizations guidelines. https://www.who.int
